Development Entrepreneurship is a proven way of thinking and working for people interested in improving outcomes for their community. Drawing on decades of research and experience, the model highlights how leaders use entrepreneurial principles to introduce reforms that make a difference. This approach helped leaders contribute to policy reforms that promote impactful change in the Philippines.

The workshop is a half-day/one-day engagement designed to introduce the 3 key ideas and the 12 Principles of Development Entrepreneurship. Each session includes a presentation of a case study from a reform leader or expert to illustrate how these ideas have been applied in real life. More complex sessions also include a drafting of the Theory of Change to give potential reformers a headstart on the reform journey.
