Development Entrepreneurship
FELLOWS PROGRAM
The Development Entrepreneurship (DE) Fellows Program is an initiative of the Coalitions for Change (CfC) program, jointly implemented by the Australian Government and The Asia Foundation in the Philippines. It aims to support individuals and teams who are leading or pursuing policy reforms and systems change aligned with CfC’s thematic priorities, particularly in the areas of Governance and Gender.
The program provides selected fellows with mentorship, capacity building, and small grants to implement promising reform strategies grounded in DE principles. These principles emphasize working on complex problems through experimentation, strategic adaptation, and strong leadership.
