Hot on the heels of the successful second mentoring cohort, the Leadership Development Team and partners are gearing up for the third mentoring cohort in the first quarter of 2023. Individuals and teams from partner organizations, who have undergone any of the previous Online Courses, will be the mentees of this cohort. An assessment of previous mentees’ experiences revealed the challenge of finding time for reform work. To address this difficulty, potential third cohort mentees are being advised to find one or two other reform partners to work with; “two are stronger than one, and three are not easily broken”. It would also help if their reform is related to their work. As with the second mentoring cohort, the third cohort is open to development and reform leaders from outside the Philippines. 10 experienced reform leaders are ready to guide and inspire the mentees.
